Returns Policy

MS. READ is committed to 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchases from us, you may return your purchased items to us within 30 days of receipt, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. All goods will be inspected upon return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your returns carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We do not offer cash refunds, all returns will be given store credit at the price of purchase with a 30 day validity from date issued. Size exchange is subject to a shipping & handling fee of RM15. Please note that our sale items have a non-refundable and non-exchangeable policy.

Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery of shipment. If there is no one present to collect the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest post office to await your collection. The courier will leave a note advising the contact details of the post office branch and address.

When Will My Order Arrive?

If the item is in stock, you will receive your order within 4-5 days. If the particular item is not in stock, there may be a delay of 2-3 days, in which case we will contact you immediately to inform you.

We ship all our products via POSLAJU for delivery within Malaysia. After your order has been sent, you will receive via email, the tracking number where you can track the exact whereabouts of your order.
